Penn-Northwest Development Corp. Adds Innovation Fund

HERMITAGE, Pa. – Penn-Northwest Development Corp. spent 2022 focusing on assisting business recovery efforts in Mercer County, Pa., and increasing the population to meet workforce challenges.
