Grants Power Demolitions, Cleanups for Land Bank

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The Mahoning County Land Bank will launch campaigns this year to demolish nearly 600 houses and remediate environmental hazards at the landmark 20 Federal Place building in Youngstown.
