Franklin to Discuss Warren Development at Press Club Event
WARREN, Ohio – Mayor William “Doug” Franklin will discuss development in and near the city's downtown during a Youngstown Press Club breakfast meeting Oct. 3. The event will begin at 8 a.m. at the Raymond John Wean Foundation, 147 W. Market St. Franklin will discuss ongoing and planned projects for the city’s downtown and surrounding neighborhoods.
